Course Overview

In an increasingly digital-first world, educators must adapt to create interactive, engaging and innovative content that resonates with today’s learners. This course is designed to equip educators with the necessary tools and skills, starting with a personalised pre-course assessment to match individual goals. Participants will explore a range of Web 2.0 tools for developing digital resources

Course Description
This comprehensive course is designed for educators who want to improve their digital skills and create effective learning experiences. Participants will receive hands-on training in the use of Web 2.0 tools to create interactive and multimedia-rich content. The course emphasises ethical practices, interactivity and accessibility to ensure inclusivity in digital education.

Through this training, participants will

– Design digital lessons, quizzes and multimedia presentations to increase student engagement.

– Create content for different learning models, including virtual classrooms and hybrid environments.

– Develop collaborative skills using digital platforms such as Microsoft Teams and Google Workspace.

– Gain insight into integrating ethical online practices into their teaching strategies.

Interactive lectures, group projects and hands-on activities will enable participants to design innovative educational resources that meet the needs of diverse learners.

Aim
This course aims to empower participants with the knowledge and skills needed to effectively integrate robotics into educational practices. By the end of the course, participants will be equipped to create engaging lessons, design educational projects, and understand the broader implications of educational robotics.
