Our Team
Dr Doğan has worked as an experienced science teacher, STEM educator and project coordinator for Erasmus+ programmes. He has also been involved in national and international teacher training projects.
He holds a PhD in STEM education. He continues to work on integrating thinking skills in science teaching, curriculum development and innovative learning that engages students and develops critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Dr. Hakan Karardıç
Dr Karaardıç is an experienced academic with a PhD in Ornithology and Biology Education. He has worked as a teacher and academic in the field of environmental education and biodiversity. As an academic and environmental volunteer, he has focused on biodiversity conservation, ecology and nature programmes and has worked as a researcher in many national and international projects.
Dr. Ahmet Şahin
Dr. Şahin holds a PhD in Educational Management and Supervision. His expertise includes educational leadership, assessment methodologies, classroom management, and program development. His extensive experience as both a classroom teacher and a teacher trainer provides valuable opportunities for participants to transform theory into practical applications in their classrooms.
Ayfer Yılmaz
BA degree in English Language Teaching and MA degree in Curriculum and Instruction. Experienced in developing and implementing effective educational plans. Skilled in utilizing technology to enhance learning outcomes. Specialization in designing curriculum materials on climate-based topics, Education for Sustainable Development (ESD) and soil-related issues. Experienced in training teachers for professional development. Earlier academic and professional experience in teaching English for academic purposes (EAP) and teaching English for specific purposes (ESP), preparing students for international exams such as TOEFL& IELTS, and proofreading textbooks and materials written in English. Proven success in international development project implementation particularly in school education, vocational education and training and the youth.
