Introduction
This course provides a structured framework for developing evidence-based and collaborative leadership in education. It introduces shared leadership principles, the PLAN-DO-CHECK-ACT (PDCA) cycle, and data-driven improvement methods to support sustainable school development through strategic planning and teamwork.
Course Description
The Evidence-Based Shared Leadership course targets school leaders, including headteachers, deputy heads, and development teams. It focuses on practical strategies for evidence-based management, collaborative decision-making, and strategic school planning.
Participants explore shared leadership principles, innovative management models, and the use of the PDCA cycle to enhance institutional effectiveness. Learning combines theory with real-life applications through group work, case studies, and simulations. The course strengthens leadership competencies in communication, teamwork, and organisational learning while fostering a culture of shared responsibility and continuous improvement.

Day 3: Planning and Analysis: Setting Goals

- Internal evaluation procedures: Establishing criteria for goal achievement.
- Practical exercise: Collaborative goal-setting activity based on national curriculum standards.
Day 4: Implementation and Monitoring: Action Plans
- DO stage: Creating general work plans and teacher work plans.
- Monitoring progress towards goals: Strategies for tracking performance.
- Group simulation: Role-playing exercise to implement action plans and troubleshoot challenges.
Day 5: Evaluation and Reflection: Assessing Outcomes
